Yorkshire Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. wheat germ

 

Instructions:

  1. Place butter in 9”x13” pan.
  2. Place pan in oven, and begin preheating to 400 degrees.
  3. Beat milk and eggs until blended.
  4. Combine flour, salt and wheat germ, then add milk-and-egg mixture.
  5. CAREFULLY remove HOT pan of melted butter, tilting to coat pan with butter.
  6. Pour dough mixture into pan and bake 15 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 more minutes.
