Ingredients:
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. wheat germ
Instructions:
- Place butter in 9”x13” pan.
- Place pan in oven, and begin preheating to 400 degrees.
- Beat milk and eggs until blended.
- Combine flour, salt and wheat germ, then add milk-and-egg mixture.
- CAREFULLY remove HOT pan of melted butter, tilting to coat pan with butter.
- Pour dough mixture into pan and bake 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 more minutes.
