Majestic Beach Resort

As of a few years ago, Majestic Beach Resort no longer gives us group rates so it's up to individuals to locate their accommodations. Here are a few booking websites that have listings for condos in PCB:
Helpful Hints
Some people will list their rental on multiple sites and each one may be a different price. So if you find one you like, search for it on the other sites for a better price.
Some booking sites will not list the true totals before you click thru to booking. Most will not show taxes and fees until you click thru. The fees and taxes will add much more than you realize so just watch out for this.
Facebook has a lot of PCB vacation rental groups where you can book directly through the owner and save the fees. HOWEVER, scammers are everywhere. Please use extreme caution if you choose to go down this avenue. I would hate to see anyone lose their Feast funds to scammers. There are crooks that appear to be the owners, with real photos and information stolen from the true owner’s listings. So just BEWARE. Never book from someone on Facebook without seeing the listing (on their booking website) and/or speaking directly with the owner. Please be careful.
Resorts that are next door to the Majestic are: Marisol and Grandview East
Some resorts that are close to the Majestic are: Ocean Villa, Ocean Ritz, Twin Palms, Long Beach and Edgewater. All if these are within approximately 1/2 mile (+/-) in either direction.
Gulf Highlands
Some may not realize this so I thought I’d just share. The townhomes located directly behind the Majestic Beach parking garage are vacation rentals. They’re called Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. You can find them on the booking sites listed above, or at www.ResortCollection.com. Just choose Gulf Highlands under the Vacation Rentals tab. You may find different units on each site, so look at them all. Gulf Highlands is a gated community with numerous amenities and very reasonable prices. There is beach access with a private pool and community beach house just a short walk across Front Beach Rd and it’s directly beside the Majestic Beach Tower 1 pool area. The community is also within a 5-10 min walk to the meeting space at the Majestic or just a 2-3 min drive.
