The main entrance to the meeting hall is located at the rear of the building and is accessed from Library Road.
Arrival and Parking
Access the main hall from the rear of Stricklandgate House via Library Road.
Parking immediately beside the meeting hall is limited.
A large public car park is available near the Kendal bus station.
The hall is approximately ten minutes on foot from Kendal railway station.
Travel Information
Travelling by Train
Mainline trains between London Euston and Glasgow stop at Oxenholme Lake District station.
From Oxenholme, take the branch-line service toward Windermere and exit at Kendal.
Travelling by Car
Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and follow the A590 before continuing toward Kendal on the A591.
Allow additional time for town-centre traffic and parking.

Kendal offers local bus, taxi and rail connections. Confirm the route from your accommodation before the Festival begins.
